3/14/2011 - FAQ – I noticed that there is a new clause on the contract regarding Liability Insurance. What do I do if I do not have any Liability Insurance? Answer: That’s Ok! We can cover you under our policy. It’s very inexpensive and we have options! Please call our office at (845) 876-1989 for more info! →UPDATE: This will not be required this year (2011). This clause can be disregarded.
3/14/2011 – FAQ- I would like to send out Comp Tickets to buyers I know would like to shop at Rhinebeck. Are Comp Tickets free to dealers? How many can I get from you? Answers: This year we are trying something new. We are offering free Comp Tickets to our Dealers to distribute to the buyers we want back at Rhinebeck. We will give you as many as you feel you need. We only ask that you do not abuse this and only give the comps to buyers you know would not normally buy a ticket .
6/10/11 – QUESTION - What is going on about the Summer show in July? Answer: Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, Summer Magic 2011 has been postponed untill 2012 . Although it saddens us to have to do this, we are happy to report that in 2012 we may have access to an air conditioned building as well as Building E, which may be able to support air conditioning also. For years now the heat has played a critical role in our challenge to keep dealers coming back to Rhinebeck in late July. We also know that a one day show in the summer is difficult for many dealers to travel long distances to attend. Therefore we will consider extending the summer show to two days. That coupled with the utilization of more comfortable buildings will prove to be an attractive proposition for dealers who do well at Rhinebeck.
